Role Overview

FLIK Hospitality Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to serve as the regional voice of their brand, connecting corporate marketing strategy to real opportunities on the ground. The role will partner with regional leadership, unit operators, and cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life that elevate the guest experience, strengthen brand presence, and drive business results.

What You Will Do

The Regional Marketing Manager will develop customized regional marketing strategies, analyze and report on marketing performance, and build deep knowledge of the regional marketplace to translate insights into action for operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing, communications, hospitality, foodservice, retail, or operations experience; multi-unit or regional experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills
• Analytical, business-minded, and comfortable translating data into marketing decisions
• Hands-on merchandising skills
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, social media management, and analytics tools preferred
• Comfort with video content creation/editing and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently
