Role Overview
Responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals in the Southwest Territory, covering life sciences and industrial accounts. Develop business plans to expand the customer base and maximize income for the company. Work with existing and new customers to discuss and understand their requirements, create proposals, and ensure a smooth sales process.
What You Will Do
Grow and expand existing key account customer base, identify and expand opportunities for repeatable business, manage complex customer projects, and collaborate with internal teams to develop sales terms and conditions.

Must have 4+ years of experience in B2B technical or solution-based sales, ability to travel 50% of the time, and strong presentation, organization, and communication skills.
Requirements
- College degree
- 4+ years of experience in B2B technical or solution-based sales
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotes and driving revenue growth
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of time
- Self-starter with effective time management skills and ability to work independently
- Superior presentation, organization, and communication skills
- Strong commitment to quality service
- Demonstrated ability in the management of large accounts
