Role Overview

This is your first step in a long and successful career in software sales. You’ll be the first line of communication with potential prospects and will be Conga’s biggest advocate. The Sales Development team performs the most important function within Conga, and your pipeline is our lifeline.

What You Will Do

You’ll drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads that build pipeline for our Sales Executive team in your defined market segment. You’ll have a lot of autonomy as an SDR, and what you put into being an SDR is what you will get out of it.
