Role Overview

As a Head of Sales, you will lead a commercial card sales team, driving new business for Corpay Complete. You will be accountable for delivering against ambitious revenue targets, scaling market presence, and ensuring excellence in sales execution. You will report directly to VP Sales and collaborate with sales development, marketing, and product teams.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include owning the commercial card sales strategy, leading the end-to-end sales lifecycle, building and developing a high-performing sales team, and partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.

  • Strong understanding of payment processes, finance operations, and value drivers for CFO and Controller personas
  • Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and building structured sales methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and executive-level presentation skills
