Role Overview
The Senior Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating and growing profitable group business while building strong client relationships that support the hotel’s revenue goals.
What You Will Do
Cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Management, Catering, Events, Operations, and Marketing. Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Leading client experiences from inquiry through execution.

Must be skilled in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing. Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Requirements
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- CI/ Marriott Experience a plus.
- Luxury Hotel Sales experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- College course work in the related field is helpful.
- Must be skilled in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
