Branch Sales Manager

Role Overview

Join our Columbia, MD team as a Branch Sales Manager and lead our sales and operations teams to success. You will be responsible for team leadership, growth, and development, as well as overseeing daily operations and franchisee engagement.

What You Will Do

Manage and grow the sales team, secure new business, retain current customers, and oversee daily operations. You will also lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees and provide guidance to franchisees.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ sales experience
• 2+ years’ sales management experience
• CRM experience
• Training experience in consultative selling techniques and strategies
• Team leadership and coaching skills
