Role Overview
Join Credit Union of the Rockies as a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to lead the Golden Branch team. As a working-manager, you’ll hit your own goals and help the team hit theirs. You’ll support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and be a trusted point of contact for members.
What You Will Do
Lead the service team, drive branch performance, support lending, solve problems, manage risk and operations, and help keep the branch secure.

Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of related experience (banking, credit union, or customer service/sales background preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with cross-selling and working toward performance goals
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to obtain NMLS registration (we’ll help you get there)
- Ability to stay calm, accurate, and professional under pressure and deadlines
