Senior/Principal Product Manager, User Onboarding & Growth

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. Onboarding is where regulatory requirements, customer acquisition, and time-to-first-value meet.

What You Will Do

Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end, turn onboarding into a growth engine, instrument and improve the funnel, extend the platform across products, and own a meaningful trading slice.

Requirements

• You have owned consumer onboarding and growth together.
• You have shipped account opening or KYC in a regulated product.
