US Sales Operations Associate Director & Excellence

Role Overview

Reporting to the VP, US Sales, the Associate Director, Sales Operations serves as a strategic business partner responsible for optimizing the effectiveness, efficiency, and execution of the U.S. field sales organization. This role leads and orchestrates the development and deployment of sales operating strategies, performance management frameworks, business processes, and field engagement initiatives that enable the achievement of commercial objectives.

Lead the business review process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews with Sales Leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive performance improvement. Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes, reducing administrative burden, and improving field productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
• 10 years’ pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with special focus on sales and/or marketing, sales or sales leadership strongly preferred
• Experience leading teams, projects, or business initiatives within sales, sales leadership, training, marketing, commercial operations, or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience translating business objectives into actionable plans and operational execution.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting business insights and recommendations to leadership audiences.
