Senior SME Sales Account Manager

Role Overview

Drive sales growth by developing new customers and expanding existing ones in the SME market. Collaborate with partner companies and internal departments to create a continuous pipeline and maximize sales.

What You Will Do

New customer proposals, order acquisition, and follow-up after order receipt. Existing customer upselling and cross-selling. Collaboration with related departments such as channel sales, sales engineers, sales operations, customer success, and technical consultants.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales to SMEs (5+ years of sales experience)
  • Experience in proposing and selling SaaS-type security products (XDR, EDR, NGAV, MTD, CNAPP, etc.) or equivalent knowledge and qualifications
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers, sales partners, and internal stakeholders
  • High growth orientation and self-motivation to improve skills
  • Understanding and practice of sales frameworks such as BANT and MEDDPICC
  • Experience in using CRM tools such as Salesforce and data analysis skills
  • Native Japanese level (English is acceptable)
