Role Overview
Drive sales growth by developing new customers and expanding existing ones in the SME market. Collaborate with partner companies and internal departments to create a continuous pipeline and maximize sales.
What You Will Do
New customer proposals, order acquisition, and follow-up after order receipt. Existing customer upselling and cross-selling. Collaboration with related departments such as channel sales, sales engineers, sales operations, customer success, and technical consultants.

Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales to SMEs (5+ years of sales experience)
- Experience in proposing and selling SaaS-type security products (XDR, EDR, NGAV, MTD, CNAPP, etc.) or equivalent knowledge and qualifications
- Building relationships with new and existing customers, sales partners, and internal stakeholders
- High growth orientation and self-motivation to improve skills
- Understanding and practice of sales frameworks such as BANT and MEDDPICC
- Experience in using CRM tools such as Salesforce and data analysis skills
- Native Japanese level (English is acceptable)
