Deal Desk Analyst – Sao Paulo

Role Overview

As a Contract Lifecycle Analyst, you will manage the full post-sale contract lifecycle (amendments, renewals, changes, and churn events) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to keep contracts aligned with commercial intent.

What You Will Do

Manage contract activity after initial deal close, including contract amendments, upsells, downsells, partial churn, and full churn events. Ensure all changes are accurately reflected in Salesforce and downstream systems.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and contract-related objects.
• Experience in contract operations, renewal operations, or commercial operations within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Solid understanding of subscription contracts, amendments and renewals, commercial and revenue implications of contract changes.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English.
