Role Overview
This is a strategic, hands-on position that combines Business Development, Growth Marketing, and Digital Marketing. The role will approximately consist of 70% Business Development & Lead Generation and 30% Digital Marketing & Brand Growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder to build scalable marketing systems, generate qualified business opportunities, and contribute directly to the company’s continued growth.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include generating qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound strategies, building and maintaining prospect lists, researching businesses with upcoming campaigns, expansions, or marketing initiatives, and conducting outbound cold calls to decision-makers. The role also involves managing the company LinkedIn page, publishing educational and thought leadership content, and running LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
