Role Overview
The Sr. Training Manager, Commercial Sales Excellence & Training is responsible for driving the design, development, implementation, and delivery of product, technical, and sales training programs that support the growth and strategic priorities of the global commercial business.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute commercial training/learning strategies, design and deliver engaging learning solutions, and measure training effectiveness through learner assessments and business performance metrics.

Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS, MA, or PhD) in a scientific discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years of commercial experience within biotechnology, life sciences, analytical instrumentation, diagnostics, or a related industry
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for diverse commercial and technical audiences
- Working knowledge of commercial excellence principles, including sales methodology, funnel and opportunity management, value selling, account management, and Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions, collaborate globally, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven training strategies
