Role Overview
The Director of Business Development leads Decypher’s growth strategy across federal health accounts, with primary focus on the Defense Health Agency and the Military Health System. This role owns the full business development lifecycle and serves as a senior representative of Decypher to government clients, teaming partners, and industry stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a business development strategy, identify and prioritize opportunities, own capture management, build and maintain relationships with government customers, and represent Decypher at industry events.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years in federal business development, with at least 5 in a leadership or capture-management role
- Demonstrated record of winning federal contracts
- Direct experience with Defense Health Agency, Military Health System, or comparable federal health programs
- Knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle: sources sought, RFI, RFP, proposal, and post-award transition
- U.S. Citizenship is required
Benefits
- Up to $150,000 – 175,000 salary

- Travel may be required to customer site as needed
