Role Overview

The team is responsible for finance transformation programs, including ERP implementations, system migrations, and automation initiatives. The role involves performing controls testing, design and implementation testing, and operating effectiveness testing for various finance processes.

What You Will Do

Prepare and analyze financial statements, perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations, conduct balance sheet substantiation, and create reports to support departmental and business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in preparation of Standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP
• Strong experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements monthly
• Experience in performing daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations
• Conduct balance sheet substantiation
• Create and manage the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Work closely with front office, risk, and operations teams
• Strong experience in finance transformation programs
• Experience in performing controls testing, design and implementation testing, and operating effectiveness testing
• Involved in finance transformation work as a Finance Change BA
• Document business requirements
• Experience in preparation of Test Cases and performing Testing
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R
