Role Overview

As a Growth Platform Demand-Generation Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of growth marketing, demand generation, and growth activation strategies across Deloitte Canada’s Growth Platform (Ecosystem & Alliances) portfolio.

You will translate business priorities into measurable marketing programs that strengthen alliance relationships, increase client engagement, influence pipeline growth, and generate meaningful business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, B2B marketing, alliance marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or account-based marketing.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs that support pipeline creation and business growth objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI through performance measurement and reporting.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executives, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, influence decision-making, and build trusted relationships.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong execution discipline.
