Role Overview

Join the Finance Operations Advisory team to transform finance operations and drive meaningful business impact. As a Manager, you will play a key role in supporting client delivery and business development initiatives. Every day is different, but typical responsibilities include supporting business development efforts, preparing and delivering presentations, and facilitating client conversations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting business development efforts, preparing and delivering presentations, facilitating client conversations, and demonstrating strong leadership by supporting project management activities.

Requirements

• CPA, CA designation
• 7-10 years of work experience
• Experience leading a team and coaching junior team members
• Strong technical skills and experience with accounting processes, internal controls, risk assessments, IFRS, ASPE, Public Sector Accounting Standards
• Experience in a finance role/in providing assurance, consulting & advisory services to finance functions; audit background considered an asset
• Expertise in financial management disciplines such as financial process design, operating model design, technology implementation, budgeting and planning, financial reporting, financial performance management and business case development
• Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
• Ability to solve problems and think strategically
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
