Role Overview

As a Manager in FP&A, you will lead financial planning and analysis for key business units, driving strategic insights and decision support.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple business units, partner with senior business leaders, and drive monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• CA or MBA (Finance)
• 10 – 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Proven experience in leading financial planning cycles and business partnering
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
