Role Overview
The Notice & Marketing Manager will lead the delivery of class action notice plans, oversee campaign messaging, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution. The role requires a thorough understanding of the project’s Settlement Agreement and the ability to translate it into easy-to-understand messaging. The manager will also lead digital advertising campaigns, develop strategies for traditional advertising, and work with media buy contacts to get the ads into market.

The manager will also lead and track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing
- Seven or more years of experience in corporate communications or marketing agency
- At least two years of experience leading teams and/or workstreams, including people management and operational strategy
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Advanced social media skills
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
