Role Overview

As a SAP CPQ Specialist, provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements for the SAP CPQ platform. Collaborate with business, sales, IT, SAP, CRM, ERP, and integration teams to ensure reliable quote-to-cash operations and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP CPQ incidents, service requests, and recurring issues. Configure and enhance various SAP CPQ features, support integrations, and conduct testing and release management.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 4–10 years of experience in SAP CPQ implementation, support, or enhancement projects, strong knowledge of SAP CPQ configuration, and experience supporting SAP CPQ integrations.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in SAP CPQ implementation, support, or enhancement projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP CPQ configuration
• Experience supporting SAP CPQ integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms
• Understanding of quote-to-cash and sales processes
• Experience with production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution
• Strong testing and release-management experience
• Ability to create functional specifications, solution designs, test scripts, and support documentation
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
