Role Overview

As an SEO Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of organic strategy, guiding Associates, and ensuring technical, content, and authority strategies align with client business goals. You will lead clients through the shift from traditional SERP management to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

What You Will Do

You will develop and oversee SEO roadmaps, lead authority-building initiatives, perform deep-dive audits, and communicate complex SEO data to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Deep expertise in Technical SEO
  • A proven track record of building brand authority through strategic outreach and link-acquisition programs
  • Expertise in adapting search strategies for AI-driven ecosystems
  • Mastery of the SEO tool ecosystem
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • A ‘better together’ attitude, with experience or a strong desire to lead and mentor junior talent
