Role Overview
As a consultant at Telekom Strategy Consulting, you will work on strategic projects, develop actionable strategies, and translate concepts into clear decisions. You will be part of rotating project teams and shape your own work packages from day one.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include developing solution concepts, working on business development and finance-oriented transformation projects, and shaping your own work packages.

We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience in strategy consulting, a focus on finance or related areas, and strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills.
Requirements
- at least one year of experience in strategy consulting or a similar strategic role
- focus on finance, M&A, commercial management, ESG, business development, digital finance, business case analyses, or benchmarking
- Master’s degree from a renowned university with top grades
- very good German and English skills (at least C1)
- strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- ability to act creatively as a thought leader in solving problems
- understanding of how AI is transforming the way we work and ability to use it effectively
