Senior Project Manager (Growth Strategy & Finance)

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at Telekom Strategy Consulting, you will lead project teams, develop strategies, and implement transformation projects. You will work closely with top management and develop actionable strategies for value-creating growth initiatives. You will also identify and quantify value opportunities enabled by AI and support their implementation.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include leading project teams, managing central strategy and transformation projects, working independently with TSC partners and clients, and shaping program and project structures on the client side.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have leadership experience, at least four years of professional experience in leading strategy consultancies, and experience in developing strategies or implementing transformation programs. You will also need to be highly familiar with data- and fact-based analyses, capital market developments, and finance- and market-oriented decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Leadership experience
• At least four years of professional experience in leading strategy consultancies
• Experience in developing strategies or implementing transformation programs
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: finance, M&A, commercial management, ESG, business development, digital finance, business case analyses, or benchmarking
• Highly familiar with data- and fact-based analyses, capital market developments, and finance- and market-oriented decision-making processes
• Ability to use AI as a practical tool for work and as a driver of transformation initiatives
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
• Ability to work confidently with different stakeholders, including at senior level, and represent positions clearly, soundly, and persuasively
