Role Overview
The People Operations Specialist will be responsible for owning full-cycle technical recruitment for the Slovenia teams, as well as keeping People operations sharp by running orientation sessions, supporting employer branding events, and handling HR administration.
What You Will Do
The role will involve sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates, as well as partnering with the People Business Partner function and a global People team.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or People Operations
- Experience running recruitment processes end to end
- Ability to source and engage passive and active candidates
- Confidence partnering with hiring managers
- Comfort supporting employer branding events
- Basic knowledge of HR administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Slovenian
