Role Overview
Join our Inside Sales Team as a catalyst for new care contacts in the medical field, driving the implementation of our hybrid sales concept together with our field sales team. Design the first contact with medical professionals, especially in the outpatient sector and in the clinical environment.
What You Will Do
Identify and develop qualified leads for the field sales team through targeted multichannel outbound activities, analyze regional potential, and support the expansion of market access in the outpatient sector and in the clinic segment.

You will be responsible for customer relationship management via digital and phone channels, ensuring a long-term care partnership. You will also bring insights from your customer conversations into sales planning, forecasting, and segment development.
Requirements
- Completed commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical education
- Several years of experience in sales-oriented dialogue with customers
- In-depth knowledge of B2B sales, especially in the outpatient sector and clinic segment
- Proven experience in outbound or multichannel customer service
- Experience in working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) as well as digital sales platforms and data analysis
- Proficient use of digital tools, presentation software, and communication channels
