Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

We’re seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to join our G&A Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership—including the CFO, CLO, CTO, and COO—supporting strategic decision-making across our corporate functions.

What You Will Do

Serve as a strategic finance partner to G&A leaders (CFO, CLO, CTO, COO), supporting budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or business partnering
• Background in high-growth public companies, SaaS, REITs (especially Data Centers), or multinational environments preferred
• Strong operational mindset with a passion for process improvement, efficiency, and scalability
• Problem-solver with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a knack for translating data into actionable insights
• Clear and confident communicator who can tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to operate at all levels—comfortable zooming into detail while engaging in strategic discussions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting is a plus but not mandatory
