Role Overview

Join DS as a Product Operations role, working across engineering, research, product, and growth to ensure everyone understands success criteria, track progress, and make decisions. You’ll help turn technical work into capabilities people can use, work directly from founders and senior leaders, and take on more as you earn trust.

What You Will Do

Make success explicit, get to the substance, stay ahead of dependencies and drift, turn uncertainty into decisions, keep the shared picture accurate, close the loop on evidence.
