Role Overview
As Head of Sales Performance, you will help shape how DNV Life Sciences sells by strengthening sales effectiveness across regions and service lines. You will work closely with sales leaders and teams to ensure they have the right tools and support to turn market opportunities into long-term customer value and sustainable growth.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for defining and continuously improving a consistent sales approach, making sure selected sales methodologies are practically used, setting clear standards for sales performance, and leading the development and use of practical sales playbooks.
