The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple business units, providing actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves developing clear reporting packages and executive dashboards, maintaining financial models, and advancing financial systems and reporting automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of insurance industry
