Team Lead Sales Enablement

Role Overview

Join our mission and become part of Doctolib! We are looking for a Team Lead Sales Enablement to support the Sales Enablement Team in Berlin. The task is to develop our sales teams step by step into multi-product sellers and thus directly contribute to the success of this launch.

What You Will Do

Lead a four-member team, manage the training and development of our sellers, and ensure that new team members become productive quickly. Plan, manage, and optimize our training formats – including the Doctolib Academy and the DSA (Doctolib Sales Academy) program – and develop targeted enablement measures to prepare our entire sales team (sellers, specialists, RMs, Inside Sales) for the sale of new products.

You will work closely with Sales Operations, promote the application of sales processes in everyday life, and actively challenge targets and methods. You will drive change management initiatives and accompany your team and the sales organization through transformation processes.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including proven experience in sales enablement roles
• Proven experience in sales: you know the practice of sales from firsthand experience and can coach content credibly, preferably from the outside sales
• Experience in team management: you are able to motivate people, develop your team, and win your team for common goals
• Analytical skills: you work data-driven, recognize patterns, and can derive concrete action recommendations from them
• Secure German (C2) and fluent English (C1)
