Data Analyst, Operations & Forecasting

We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team to collect, analyze, and report data that helps scale our global operations and improve our service delivery.

Requirements

• Collect, analyze, and report data to inform business decisions
• Create and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using tools like Excel and BI platforms
• Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and provide data-driven answers
• Participate in the demand planning process by supporting data collection and model updates
• Help identify small-scale opportunities for automation and workflow improvements
• Monitor and triage incoming requests in our team channel, assisting with ad-hoc problem-solving to help unlock operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with peers and more senior team members to learn best practices in forecasting and analytics
