Role Overview

The Associate Manager, Lifecycle Marketing supports the execution and ongoing optimization of Dr. Phillips Center’s email and SMS marketing programs. This role builds, tests, and deploys campaigns and automations that drive engagement, retention, and revenue across the customer lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Build and deploy email campaigns, execute SMS campaigns, manage data, and ensure accuracy of all email and SMS content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience executing email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Prospect2/Active Campaign preferred)
  • Experience executing SMS campaigns to drive sales and time-sensitive notifications
  • Familiarity pulling data and building audience segments
  • Experience with A/B testing and reporting on campaign performance preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
