As a Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and foster client relationships. You will represent the company at events, showcase products or services, and establish a strong presence to attract potential clients and partners.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans, lead and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals, conduct regular training sessions, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 – 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
- Capability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
- Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Fluency in English
