Role Overview
The Specialist, Sales Analytics is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, recurring analytics, and decision support that enable sales leadership to manage pipeline health, forecast performance, and drive commercial outcomes. This role combines deep knowledge of sales operations and go-to-market metrics with technical proficiency in SQL and data visualization to produce analytics that are actionable, accurate, and aligned to business priorities.
What You Will Do
Own and deliver recurring sales analytics, analyze pipeline health, conversion trends, stage progression, and forecast accuracy, support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation-linked metrics, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, build and maintain Tableau dashboards, write efficient SQL queries, and explore and prototype Generative AI-driven solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Eight or more years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline
- Three or more years of Tableau experience
- Strong understanding of sales operations and go-to-market metrics
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience writing queries across large datasets
- Experience working with Salesforce data models and familiarity with sales and finance systems in the context of business reporting
- Proven problem-solving ability with the capacity to independently work through ambiguous, loosely defined analytical challenges
- Exposure to or strong interest in Generative AI and AI-assisted analytics applied to sales use cases
- Resourceful and self-directed with the ability to take initiative, work through incomplete information, and proactively surface issues and opportunities
- Clear communicator who can translate complex data into concise, business-friendly insights for both peers and leadership audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
