Role Overview
Duoc UC is a prestigious institution seeking a Data Scientist to lead the teaching and learning process for the Big Data and Data Mining course.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in data mining techniques, business intelligence, and statistical knowledge for data mining.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The selected candidate will work on Tuesdays from 8:31 am to 12:10 pm and 1:01 pm to 3:50 pm, and should be willing to grow and take on new challenges.
Requirements
- degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- at least 3 years of experience in data mining techniques, business intelligence, and statistical knowledge for data mining
- experience in Python
- minimum of 3 years working on information technology projects, business intelligence, and Big Data projects
- experience in the data life cycle
- at least 6 years of experience in the industry
