Role Overview
Own revenue, margin, and profitability for assigned segments, customers, and programs. Develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and pipeline strategies. Lead new business development and capture activities from opportunity identification through contract award.
What You Will Do
Track performance and implement corrective actions to meet financial targets. Analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs to define growth priorities. Develop go-to-market strategies for new platforms, upgrades, and lifecycle opportunities.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 8+ years of Sales, New Business Development, and/or Account Management
- 2+ years of Leadership or potential ability to manage a team in the future
- Aerospace Industry experience…OEM, General Aviation, Business Aviation, and/or Aftermarket
- Strong knowledge of OEM and Tier supplier procurement and program structures
- Proven success leading long-cycle capture efforts and complex technical/commercial programs
