Role Overview
The Sales Manager role is responsible for the successful management and leadership of the Equipment business, including personnel, development, coordination, customer satisfaction, growth, building relationships with customers and manufacturers, support of strategic objectives, and accountability for overall sales and financial results.
What You Will Do
Develop projections, contract administrations, and sales effectiveness. Achieve sales objectives regarding market share, profit, and growth goals. Assist outside Sales team members in developing short-term and long-term sales plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
