Web Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Web Marketing Manager is accountable for what goes on egnyte.com, how it is organized, and how well it performs. This is a hands-on role to manage the day-to-day work of the site and lead the projects that improve it.

What You Will Do

Responsible for egnyte.com — what is on the pages, how they are organized, and how well they perform. Be hands-on. You will be personally responsible for the work and close to the details of every project that touches the site.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of web marketing experience, preferably at a B2B technology or software company.
• A proven track record of making a website perform better — redesign, restructuring, optimization — and the ability to describe what changed and what it produced.
• Sound business judgment. You can tell the difference between a request that will move the business and one that will not.
• Experience running several projects at once and finishing them on time with little supervision.
• Clear communication with people who do not work on the web, including executives.
• Working knowledge of a content management system (Drupal is a plus) and an analytics platform such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
• General understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to have a productive conversation with developers.
• SEO and AEO fundamentals, both technical and editorial.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization tools.
