Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and scheduling qualified sales appointments for Kurv’s outside Direct Sales team. Working from assigned geographic territories and company-provided lead lists, the SDR proactively contacts prospective merchants to introduce Kurv’s credit card processing solutions and secure in-person or virtual appointments for Direct Sales Representatives.
What You Will Do
Place a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective merchants within an assigned territory using company-provided lead lists. Set a minimum of 8–10 qualified sales appointments per week for outside Direct Sales Representatives.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or a similar phone-based role
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and a metrics-driven work environment
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, Paycom, or similar sales/scheduling tools
