Partner Manager – Public Sector Partnerships

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale ElevenLabs’ Public Sector Partner Programme in North America. You’ll own the public sector partner strategy end-to-end, from building relationships with leading SIs and VARs to onboarding, enabling, and activating them to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products into government and education accounts.

What You Will Do

You’ll design partner incentive and enablement models, generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities, and scale the programme against North America growth targets.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This is a 0→1 build, requiring a builder mindset and experience creating partner motions from 0→1. You’ll need to be comfortable working with technical, API-driven products and able to explain complex concepts to partners and agency stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling SaaS or Cloud solutions into public sector markets
• 4+ years owning VAR and SI partnerships in the public sector
• Deep familiarity with government procurement cycles, contract vehicles, and compliance frameworks
• A builder mindset — experience creating partner motions from 0→1
• Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products
