Role Overview
Lead the Revenue Operations function, developing and executing a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company goals, optimizes the customer journey, and drives revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy, establish and track key performance metrics, create and execute a quarterly RevOps roadmap, lead and mentor the RevOps team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within a B2B environment, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- 5+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience working within CRM such as Salesforce, DealHub, and HubSpot (preferred)
Benefits
- Annual incentive bonus of up to 10% of base pay
- Base salary range of $120,000–$140,000
