Field Sales Account Manager (Instrumentation)

Role Overview

Drive growth by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that create value. Work with customers across the Baltic region, supporting strategic accounts and expanding Emerson’s presence in the market.

What You Will Do

Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers, create and execute strategic account plans, map and engage key stakeholders, conduct needs assessments, present and differentiate Emerson’s solutions, identify and close new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Engineering background or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with customers in industrial sectors such as chemical, energy, refining, oil and gas, or related industries
  • Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Baltic region to meet customers
