Management Trainee – Sales Operations

Role Overview

The Management Trainee will learn about all aspects of the Field Organization in preparation for becoming a field traveler. The role involves developing trend reports, analyzing customer satisfaction performance, and assisting with sales plans.

The Management Trainee will develop trend reports, analyze market conditions, assist with sales plans, and communicate strategies to all departments.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to relocate
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program studying in a Business discipline or related field

• Annual base salary range of $55,500.00 – $110,100.00
