Role Overview
The role requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, and the ability to assess local HR risks and determine when escalation is required. The specialist will work closely with employees, managers, the regional People team, the payroll provider, benefits suppliers, and Polish authorities.
What You Will Do
Manage the employee lifecycle in Poland, including onboarding, employment changes, transfers, leave processes, and offboarding. Prepare and manage Polish employment contracts, amendments, termination documents, certificates, and other employment documentation.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Approximately 5 years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or a similar HR role. Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Polish employment law and employment documentation. Experience working with an external payroll provider and reviewing payroll calculations.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or a similar HR role.
- Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Polish employment law and employment documentation.
- Experience working with an external payroll provider and reviewing payroll calculations.
- Fluency in Polish and strong written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
