Vice President, Sales Strategy Execution and Enablement

Role Overview

The Vice President, Sales Strategy Execution and Enablement plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of growth strategies for Equifax’s most strategic financial institution customers. The individual will be responsible for supporting the SFI team in ‘running the business’ and driving executional excellence.

What You Will Do

The individual will partner with SFI Leadership team, USIS and other BU stakeholders, and COE stakeholders to translate corporate and vertical strategies into specific SFI strategic imperatives and executable plans. They will also design and implement SLT visible executive turn-around strategy with a focus on achieving revenue growth.

They will also have experience leading and successfully delivering results for complex growth initiatives or business transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
• 10+ years experience in strategy development, customer/market insights
• Demonstrated expertise in communication, presentation skills, sales, and consulting
• Experience leading and successfully delivering results for complex growth initiatives or business transformations
• Ability to endorse change, sponsor change initiatives and search for other organizations best practices to adopt or modify change
• Strong analytical capability and ability to sift through data to inform insights and industry trends
• Project and program management and process improvement experience
• Strong consultative and coaching skills
• Familiarity with the top strategic financial institutions is a plus
• FI domain expertise
