Role Overview
Territory Account Manager will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. They will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
What You Will Do
Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience, and maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.

Requirements
- Tenacious and innovative
- Superior outside sales experience and skills
- Proven sales track record
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
