Role Overview

As an In-House Technical Sales Representative, you’ll support the sales team and ensure that customers receive professional and prompt assistance. You’ll interact daily with customers, dealers, suppliers, and colleagues across various departments. As a result, you’ll play a central role within the organization and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and commercial success.

What You Will Do

Preparing and following up on quotes and orders for standard products and custom solutions; Advising and supporting customers and dealers both domestically and internationally; Coordinating product demonstrations and assisting with sales processes; Collaborating with departments such as production, service, purchasing, finance, and R&D to develop the best customer solutions; Assisting with marketing activities, trade shows, training sessions, and other commercial events.

In addition, you have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking; At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a technical work environment; Experience with SAP, C4C, and working with technical documentation; An affinity for technology and an interest in further developing your skills in this area; Good knowledge of Dutch and English (German is a plus); A proactive, meticulous, and organized work ethic.

Requirements

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een technische werkomgeving
• Ervaring met SAP, C4C en het werken met technische documentatie
• Affiniteit met techniek en de interesse om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen
• Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Duits is mooi meegenomen)
• Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en georganiseerde werkhouding
