Senior Product Designer – CRO

Hybrid Full TimeLondon, England, United KingdomEucalyptus

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will design surfaces where people decide to start a treatment, making complex medical information simple and clear. You will own the front door, the acquisition surfaces where people decide whether to begin, and the design-led testing that keeps them improving. Your impact will be helping more people get started, and you will measure your success in the number of people who begin.

What You Will Do

You will design every page as an argument, making the case on every surface. You will translate clinical language into words a patient understands and trusts, and you will use data and research to work out which surface matters most and which experiment is worth running.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be a good fit for this role if you have a rare mix of skills and experience. You will need to make dense, complex medical information simple and clear, without dumbing it down or losing what matters. You will need to be empathetic and emotionally intelligent, and you will need to be deeply curious about health.
