Data Analyst, Finance and Business Insights

Role Overview

The Business Analytics team is seeking a Data Analyst with strong business acumen and SQL skills to deliver high-impact insights and build scalable solutions. This role blends technical execution (data development, automation, dashboards) with financial and commercial goals (financial analysis, interpreting results, supporting data-driven decision-making).

What You Will Do

Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to turn vaguely-formed ideas into business questions with clear goals, deliverables, and success metrics. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis. Develop dashboards within Power BI and present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, finance analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced SQL expertise and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dbt and Git version control, including contributing production-ready code through standard development workflows.
• Logical, analytical thinker with strong finance and business acumen (comfort with KPIs, P&L concepts, budgeting/forecasting, and business performance drivers).
• Experience creating dashboards (preferably Power BI) and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
