Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security industry professional to play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Develop a growth strategy, conduct research, arrange business meetings, promote products/services, prepare sales contracts, keep records, provide feedback and after-sales support, build long-term relationships, develop new clients, deliver forecasts, and provide innovative ideas.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to independently build a compliant quote using quoting software

  • Extensive and demonstratable commercial awareness, knowledge, and ability
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Market and industry knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
